For those of you who need some memory refreshment, #Kastle (a hashtag word that combines the names of Karen and Castle) was a popular social media trend that occurred back in the day when Daredevil Season 2 premiered on Netflix in March of 2016 and fans of Jon Bernthal’s Punisher went hog wild upon seeing Karen Page (played by Deborah Ann Woll) and Frank Castle getting into a romantic relationship with each other when Netflix’s Daredevil S2 and subsequently The Punisher Solo series aired on Netflix. The trend died down when all the Netflix series were canceled and removed from Netflix and eventually transferred to Disney+. That was then.
Today, it is my great pleasure to say that #Kastle is on the rise again! WooHoo!!!
Just look at what Jon Bernthal posted on his Instagram account. Punisher (Jon Bernthal), Daredevil (Charlie Cox), and Karen Page (Deborah Ann Woll) just hanging out together and having fun producing Daredevil: Born Again which is set to premiere on Disney+ sometime in 2025 next year.
